Building upon the success of Unit 1. Univogue extended its footprint in 1990 with the inception of Unit 2. This unit has evolved into a vital component of Univogue’s production capacity. Unit 2 reflects Univogue’s dedication to producing top-quality garments while embracing environmentally responsible practices. Equipped with three pressing lines and a daily manufacturing capacity of 22,000 pieces, Unit 2 demonstrates sustainable production practices. Univogue’s adoption of innovative washing and drying technology keeps up the group’s mission of fostering a more sustainable and responsible fashion industry.
Unit-3
Expanding on the success of its prior endeavors, Univogue further expanded its operations in 1996 by introducing Unit 3. Specializing in centralized cutting functions, Unit 3 serves as a crucial enhancement to Univogue’s manufacturing capabilities. Featuring innovative technologies, including 4 Auto Cutters and 5 Auto Spreaders, Unit 3 enhances efficiency and precision in the cutting process. With a daily manufacturing capacity of 50,000 pieces, Unit 3 signifies Univogue’s commitment to scalability and high-quality products. Unit - 4
In the year 2000, Univogue’s management showcased their foresight by introducing a new venture to complement their existing successful units. Similar to Unit 1, Unit 4 specializes in sewing and finishing operations, underscoring Univogue’s dedication to manufacturing high-quality garments. Unit 4 boasts of a robust infrastructure for efficient manufacturing, comprising 14 Sewing Lines and 3 Finishing Lines. With a daily capacity of 14,000 pieces, Unit 4 expands Univogue’s overall manufacturing prowess. In the demand of international clients and expanding on the success of other existing sewing line establishments, Unit 05 was inaugurated in 2022 with a capacity of 6000 pcs manufacturing target daily. Initially created to fulfill specific needs, its success led to similar expansions in unit 01 and unit 04 which are also focused on sewing operations. Unit 05 features modern equipment and a skilled workforce ensuring high-quality garment production. It plays a crucial role in Univogue’s strategy to streamline processes and meet global client demand efficiently.
